Eric Pham grew up inside Quang on Eat Street, the restaurant his grandmother founded in 1989 and his mother Khue now runs. He named this one for her. After a fire destroyed his first space, he reopened on Raymond Avenue in March 2025 and the Star Tribune named it the best new restaurant of the year.
